AMI HOMEWATCH is owned and operated by Sarah Meaker an 18 year resident of Anna Maria Island. We are committed to providing local residents a wide variety of services including home checks while you are away, elderly check-in/assistance, pet care and dog walking, plant care, mail pick-up and customized services. We will help you find repair services for your home and more. Our partnership will help protect your home (investment) from unforeseen events that can happen while you are away.

Our Services
HOUSE CHECKS
Every property is different and every owner is unique. That is why we tailor our services especially for you. We can check bi-weekly, monthly or a one time check while you are away.
ELDERLY CHECK-IN
Does your loved one live here and you worry if they are okay? We can stop in and check for you. Some of the services we offer include verbal and visual checks, taking trash out and bringing back the cans, taking care of their cat or dog, errands like groceries or medication, look in on their home if they are in the hospital or rehab. Other services are available.
LAWN & EXTERIOR PLANTS
There is nothing worse than coming back to a dead lawn and plants because the lawn maintenance company didn't keep things up while you are away. We will check your yard and contact you with any potential issues and inform your lawn maintenance company.
POOL CHECKS
We will also make sure that your pool is looking good. Sometimes chemicals can be off and your pool can get green and the pool company needs to be informed.
BOAT & DOCK CHECKS
Tired of coming home and having to spend time cleaning your dock or boat? Anna Maria Island is a sanctuary for many types of birds. We will use your hose to clean the dock and your boat monthly or bi-weekly.
COORDINATION OF REPAIRS & CONTRACTORS
AMI HOMEWATCH can be your key holder while you are away and turn over your key to guests, contractors, and others. The key and your address will be stored separately for your protection. We can also meet the contractor at your home and stay while work is completed.
INTERIOR PLANT CARE
Do you enjoy plants but don't think you can have them because you only live in your home part time? We will water and care for your plants while you are away.
CHECK MAIL & PACKAGE PICK-UPS
AMI HOMEWATCH can check mail and pick-up packages from your home.
DOG WALKING/PET CARE
Many residents and visitors have dogs and pets on Anna Maria Island. We will provide your dog with a walk or stop in to check and feed all types of pets. Pictures and a report are available for each walk or check-in. This allows you to enjoy your time away without worry.
GROCERY FILLER SERVICE PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Imagine arriving and being able to enjoy lunch or a drink without having to run to the grocery store. We can deliver groceries to your home prior to your arrival so that you can just relax.
